Controller/Accounting Manager
Small agricultural firm with long history and great track record located
in Fredonia, NY seeks a Controller/Accounting Manager to foster growth
and take firm to the "next level" in its development.
The ideal candidate for this position is a true "hands on"
accounting professional willing and able to work at many different levels
of the financial process. This position reports directly to the primary
business owner and is a key operational player.
Requirements:
CPA or CMA
Bachelor degree in business or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in creating business plans
Proven abilities in long term planning
Capacity to represent firm in a professional manner
Comfort in working in a multi-cultural environment
Strong communication, people and organizational skills are an absolute
must
Eagerness to learn all aspects of the industry
Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced, informal atmosphere
Expertise with Peachtree and Quickbooks software packages
